Britannia Student Services meets the standards for registration with the British Council as a provider of homestay, private home, residential, hostel and independent self-catering accommodation for adults (over 16 years) for accredited providers.

GREENVIEW COURT RESIDENCE (SELF CATERING IN ZONE 2) – Greenview Court was built in the 1920’s and is a neo-Georgian building situated in a very attractive residential area, with a large private landscaped garden, veranda and balcony.

The residence comprises a total of 84 bedrooms over 5 floors, including single, double and twin rooms with shared bathrooms and a number of en-suite bedrooms and studios. There are kitchens and bath or shower rooms on every floor. Kitchens are fully equipped with appliances, utensils, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. There is a student lounge with large wide screen TV and on-site and coin operated laundry.

Utility bills, weekly cleaning of bedrooms and linen change (with linens provided) are included in the price. The residence has limited onsite parking, and bike/suitcase storage. There is a live-in manager and CCTV. Internet access is available.

Located between Archway and Highgate underground stations, the residence is a 5 minute bus journey or 15 minute walk from Archway underground station and an 11 minute walk from Highgate underground station. Archway and Highgate are on the Northern Line and within short travelling distance of Central London. It is also ideally placed for bus routes to many major London locations.

BRITANNIA SOUTHBANK RESIDENCE (SELF CATERING IN ZONE 1) – In a great zone 1 location, this boutique residence is just 3 minutes’ walk to Southwark (Jubilee Line), and under 10 minutes’ walk to Borough (Northern Line) and Waterloo (Bakerloo, Northern, Jubilee, Waterloo and City Line) underground stations. Travel to Central London takes under 10 minutes and there are bus routes and trains to many London and UK destinations. The vibrant South Bank, with its bars, restaurants, art galleries and theatres is within 10 minutes’ walk. RATHBONE PLACE APARTMENTS (SELF CATERING IN OXFORD STREET - ZONE 1) - The apartments are located in an imposing building in the heart of central London, just 2 minutes walk from Tottenham Court Road Underground station.

The 2-4 bedroom flats offer 15 rooms; 1 single, 3 doubles and 11 twins all with TV plasma screen. All flats have their own fully equipped kitchen with washing, microwave, oven, hob, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses. All linens are provided and changed weekly. Public areas are cleaned daily and bedrooms weekly.

BEAUMONT COURT RESIDENCE - The residence opened in September 2006 and consists of flats of 5, 6 and 7 single rooms, all with en-suite shower rooms (toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle) and fully equipped kitchen/sitting area with breakfast bar, stools and sofa.

Bedrooms are furnished with big bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror, shelves, lights, curtains, desk, chair and fitted carpet. Corridors and kitchens are cleaned and linens laundered weekly. Students are responsible for cleaning their own bedroom and bathroom and changing their bed linen. Students should bring their bath towels.

There is an onsite laundry, common room with TV, roof terrace, garden, bike storage and CCTV. Internet is included in the price. Wheelchair access.

BEAUMONT COURT is approximately 15 minutes walk from Kings Cross underground station on the Piccadilly, Victoria, Northern, Metropolitan, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. Camden Town and Morning Crescent underground stations are also a short walk away.

VINCENT HOUSE RESIDENCE - Built in the 1930's "art modern" style, this charming residence is located within 5 minutes walking of Notting Hill Gate Underground Station, which is close to the famous Portobello Road and within easy travelling distance of both the West End and the City.

The building can accommodate up to 140 residents in spacious single bedrooms, which are decorated in traditional style and have en-suite facilities (WC basis, bath tub and shower). There is a telephone in each room.

Breakfast and a three course dinner are served daily in the residents dining room with lunch instead of dinner on Sunday. The comfortable lounge area leads onto attractive gardens. Rooms are cleaned daily and linens changed weekly. Bath towels are provided. Internet access is available.

Stays must be for a minimum of 4 weeks. Cancellations received less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 4 weeks plus booking fee. No refund for curtailment of stay. Bookings departing in November and December will not be accepted. Recommended age 21 and over (minimum age 18).

SCHAFER HOUSE HALL OF RESIDENCE (ZONE 1) is available until 16 September 2012 when the London University students are away on holiday. Accommodation consists of clean, comfortable flats (apartments) allowing you the freedom to come and go as you please at any time of the day or night. Quality is good and prices are affordable.

Residences offer you the privacy of your own room, but there is the chance to socialise with the other students if you wish. A number of parties and events are organised by our staff at the Residence for those wishing to participate.

Schafer House hall of residence is centrally located, within walking distance of Oxford Street, and 3 minutes walk from Warren Street Underground (which is 1 stop from Oxford Circus Underground Station), the Schafer offers flats with 5 single bedrooms.

All flats have 1 shower room, 2 toilets, spacious fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and a washbasin. The Schafer has a very good security system, a spacious TV lounge and a fully equipped laundry room. The Flats are cleaned and bed linens changed weekly. Students are advised to bring bath towels. Wheel chair access.

GREAT SUFFOLK STREET HALL OF RESIDENCE (ZONE 1) - Ideally situated, close to the London Eye, Shakespeare's Globe and the Tate Modern gallery, Great Suffolk Street residence is 5 minutes’ walk to Southwark (Jubilee Line) and under 10 minutes’ walk to Borough (Northern Line) underground stations. Oxford Street, Bond Street and Leicester Square are under 15 minutes away. It is also ideally located for bus routes to many major London locations.

Great Suffolk Street opened in 2010 and offers a choice of single rooms in shared flats for up to 5 people. All rooms include an en-suite bathroom and study area, and shared kitchen/lounge. There is a student lounge on the top floor with a wide screen TV and a roof terrace offering stunning views across London. Utility bills, including 4Mb in-room internet access, are included with the rate. Other facilities include an onsite laundry, bike storage and CCTV with secure door entry. Furniture is modern in style and each studio features a large bed.

Bedding and linen is provided on arrival, but students are advised to bring their own bath towels. Students are responsible for cleaning their own studio and bathroom and laundering their bed linen. Kitchen packs are not supplied, but are available for purchase on arrival.

Stays must begin and end on Saturdays or Sundays. Minimum stay 2 weeks, Cancellations received less than 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 4 weeks plus booking fee. No refund for curtailment of stay. Minimum age 18. A one-time per person booking fee will apply to all bookings.
