Major exclusions:- The first £40.00 of any claim is excluded from the policy, any conditions for which treatment has been received in the previous 12 months, travelling against Doctors advice, medical expenses incurred in the insured’s country pf permanent residence, dangerous sports, pregnancy, mental or nervous illness or anxiety, sexually transmittable conditions, drugs, alcohol, received treatment which was known to be required at the time of departure.

This policy is governed by English law and Endsleigh are members of the Association of British Insurers and Insurance Ombudsman Scheme, they are an independent intermediary regulated by the GISC and fully comply with its provisions.
