STUDIOS & FLAT SHARES
Studios and flat shares are for long-stay students only and cannot usually be pre-booked from overseas. After arrival, we will arrange for you to visit available studios or flats. If you find what you are looking for, you will be required to sign a contract directly with the landlord before moving in.
We recommend that long stay students requiring this type of accommodation initially book accommodation in homestays (year round) or halls of residence (summer only) so that they have somewhere to stay when they first arrive in London.
STUDIOS (6 months minimum stay)
These comfortable, well-maintained studios are situated in good areas, (within zones 2 and 3) and are located close to Underground stations and within a short travelling distance of central London.
The studios offer a bed/sitting room with their own kitchenette and private bathroom. The accommodation is suitable for up to 2 people. Coin-operated washing machine available in all buildings and each studio has a telephone point.

FLAT SHARES – (13 weeks minimum stay)
This is Budget accommodation, located in zones 2 and 3. Accommodation is in flats or houses with shared bathroom, kitchen, TV
and Internet access. All the flats / houses have a washing machine.
You will be sharing a room with another student, although a limited number of single rooms may become available from time to time.
